General Attendance
Badge Substitutions: If you have paid for a conference registration but cannot attend, you may substitute another attendee from your company at no additional charge prior to February 16, 2025. Badge substitutions can be made by logging into your registration online.
  
Attendee Cancellations / Refunds: There There is no penalty for registration cancellation prior to January 6, 2025. All cancellations between January 7 – February 15, 2025, will incur a $750 non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations on or after January 16, 2025, are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made by submitting your request here.

Pre-Registration Badges: If If you are a client who has pre-registered as part of your annual contract, you will be sent a code via email invitation to enter during the registration process that discounts your registration accordingly.
 
Your company will be billed separately for the contracted registrations. Failure to register or attend conference does not result in a cancellation or refund of the registration. Contractual registrations are non-refundable.
