By registering for the ISPD Europe PD University for Surgeons, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

General:

Registration for the ISPD Europe PD University for Surgeons is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. If paying by credit card you hereby authorize NorthPointe Meetings & Incentives on behalf of ISPD to charge your credit card for fees associated with ISPD Europe PD University for Surgeons that you are responsible for payment. The final beneficiary of payment on your credit card statement is NorthPointe Meetings & Incentives. Finally, you agree that in the unlikely event that NorthPointe Meetings & Incentives cannot resolve your payment issue and you wish to dispute the credit card charge, your electronic statement will serve as evidence that said charge is valid and just, and NorthPointe Meetings & Incentives will settle the dispute on their behalf.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize NorthPointe Meetings & Incentives to contact you or your designated representative regarding the status of your registration and/or relevant event information.

Cancellations:

If you register to attend the ISPD Europe PD University for Surgeons and need to cancel your attendance please notify NorthPointe Meetings & Incentives at jheald@npmeet.com. Cancellations received in writing up to 30 days before the meeting will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of €40. Cancellations after this date will not receive a refund.

Data Protection:

ISPD does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Information you provide during registration may include some or all of the following: your first and last name, title, company, physical address, email address, assistant name and email address, phone numbers, gender, date of birth, medical license number, state of medical license, ABIM number and ABIM specialty board. If you elect to reserve a hotel room during registration, credit card information will be required. If you elect to request air travel reservations during registration, date of birth, gender, frequent flyer and known traveler number information will be requested. Registration includes a brief survey that is not required, but collects current practices information to assist the faculty understand the audience for this specific meeting.

Data Retention:

By registering for the ISPD Europe PD University for Surgeons, you give ISPD permission to contact you regarding your attendance at the event. The contact information supplied during registration will be used by ISPD to send you relevant event-related information. The information you provide during registration will be retained for three years, after the last day of the event.

Privacy:

ISPD’s Privacy Statement can be viewed at https://ispd.org/privacy-policy/. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal information under that Privacy Statement.

Affiliated Services:

Any third-party affiliated services information including accommodation information is provided solely as a convenience to our Attendees. Inclusion on the ISPD Europe PD University for Surgeons website and registration does not indicate approval or endorsement by ISPD. Under no circumstances will ISPD be liable in any way for any third-party services, including, but not limited to, quality, availability, errors or omissions, or damages of any kind. You must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any third-party services, including any reliance on the availability, quality or usefulness of such services. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services.

The ISPD Europe PD University for Surgeons registration website may contain links to third party sites; such linked sites are not under the control of ISPD and ISPD is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. ISPD reserves the right to remove any links at any time. ISPD does not endorse the companies or products to which it links and reserves the right to note such on its web pages. If you decide to access any of the third-party sites linked you do so entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, United States, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

The ISPD Europe PD University for Surgeons is hosted by ISPD who reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the event to any entity or individual.

You must accept these terms and conditions to complete your registration to attend the ISPD Europe PD University for Surgeons in Vienna, Austria.

INVOICING INSTRUCTIONS

Invoice My Sponsor: Please select this method of invoice if you will have a sponsor/corporation that will be responsible for your meeting registration fees. Neither the ISPD nor the PD University will arrange for sponsorship on your behalf. If you do not have a sponsor, and are not able to secure a sponsor within 60 days of your registration, and no later than 20 November, you will be responsible for full payment or your registration will be cancelled.

The invoice will be sent to the email address provided.

Please note: the ISPD does not solicit sponsors for individual participants. All grant funds received by the ISPD for the Europe PD University are used to offset meeting expenses. Registration fees have considered anticipated grant funding and are not subject to change.
