Jeff White, Pharm.D., M.S.
Jeff White, Pharm.D., M.S., is Staff VP, Clinical Pharmacy Services for CarelonRx. His primary responsibility is to improve the health and safety of members while making healthcare more affordable. Dr. White oversees the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Process (Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and Value Assessment Committee) from end to end for all formularies. He is accountable for ensuring appropriate use of all high-profile drugs and therapies, including specialty drugs, GLP-1’s for diabetes and weight loss, biosimilars, and gene therapies. Dr. White leads a team of about 40 clinical pharmacists with expertise in formulary strategy, drug evaluation, clinical policy development, drug pipeline monitoring, and committee oversight. He leads or plays a key role in several internal and external committees. Dr. White received his Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Science degrees from USC. Dr. White's strengths are in leading a team of high performing individuals, formulary strategy, drug evaluation, outcomes research, and improving health while keeping healthcare affordable.
 
Ralph Quimbo, MA
Ralph Quimbo, MA, is Staff VP of the Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) line of business at Carelon Research. He is responsible for the HEOR and Pharmacy Economics (PE) teams supporting real-world evidence generation for Life Sciences Manufacturers and CarelonRx. Mr. Quimbo has nearly two decades of experience in the development, conduct, and oversight of research studies utilizing a broad spectrum of study designs, research methods, and integrated data sources covering numerous therapeutic areas and disease states. He has provided research consultancy at various capacities as lead researcher, project manager, principal investigator, as well as led innovative strategic research collaborations and the development of value-based agreements between manufacturers and payers. Ralph has published numerous original research manuscripts and has been recognized for the presentations of his research studies by the American Heart Association and the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research. He has published and presented on a variety of topics and disease states like diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, and oncology to name just a few.
