When you visit our website, your web browser automatically sends information (such as your IP address and the type of web browser you are using) to our web server. Event registration is voluntary but if you do not provide your details you will be unable to take advantage of event services. Event participants making payments on-line on the site give their data required to support carrier billing on-line payments. On-line payments are made on the basis of an external service, the service administrator whose operation is not affected.
