What do I need to know about traveling to Amsterdam from outside of the Netherlands?
The information provided below is for information purposes only and could be subject to change at very short notice.  Please check the latest travel guidance from your government before travelling and check the Government of the Netherlands website for the most current information and restrictions and view this entry checklist from the Netherlands Government.  Travel advice from each country to the Netherlands can be found here.
What COVID guidelines will be in place?
The safety of our guests, speakers and team are of the upmost importance. We will be taking a number of precautions to reduce any potential COVID-related risks and will be making sure we abide by any governmental rules/guidelines that may be in place at the time of the event.

We are also working closely with the venue and all suppliers to ensure suitable social distancing is possible, hand sanitiser is available in all spaces, and all areas are frequently cleaned.

The Summit layout will include reception and dining areas, breakout rooms and conference space.  We have chosen a venue with large, open spaces and plenty of ventilation.  The conference room will be set up in a cabaret style, so each delegate has more space.

Whilst we are not requesting it, the wearing of protective PPE, such as gloves and facemasks, is entirely up to the attendee and we encourage everyone to feel as comfortable as possible whilst gathering together.

Before travelling to or attending our event, we ask attendees to consider:
  • Are you experiencing now or within the past 14 days have you experienced symptoms associated with COVID-19, such as fever with a temperature of 100.4 F / 38 C or more, cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of sense of smell or taste, or shortness of breath (https://www.who.int/health-topics/coronavirus)?
  • Within the past 14 days, have you tested positive for COVID-19?
  • Within the past 14 days, have you been in close physical contact with anyone who you know tested positive for COVID-19 within the 14 days prior to your contact?
If your answer is “Yes” to any of the three questions above, please do not travel to, or attend the event until confirmation that it is agreed appropriate that you continue to attend.
