What is Boomi World?
Boomi World is our inaugural user and partner conference that will bring together the global Boomi community to learn, network and share best practices on using Boomi’s #1 iPaaS to build a connected business.
Where is Boomi World 2017 being held?
Boomi World will be held at the Westin St. Francis on Union Square in downtown San Francisco.
What are the conference dates for Boomi World 2017?
The conference kicks off on Wednesday, September 20, at 5:00pm and ends on Friday, September 22, at 2:15pm. Pre-Conference Training workshops are available at an additional cost on Tuesday, September 19 and Wednesday, September 20, from 8:00am–5:00pm.
How many attendees do you expect this year?
Boomi expects approximately 700 attendees at Boomi World 2017.

Is there a Group rate if my company is sending more than one person?
Yes, the Group rate is for 3 or more attendees from the same company. The group rate is $395 and expires on September 1, 2017. Please email boomiworld@boomi.com if you are interested in sending a group.
What forms of payment are accepted and when is the payment due?
We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard as payments for Boomi World conference passes. Attendees who haven’t submitted full payment prior to their arrival at the conference will be charged the late rate, and payment will be due immediately.
What are the cancellation policies?
To cancel or substitute your registration, you must notify the Boomi World 2017 team via email: boomiworld@boomi.com. Cancellation requests must be made by September 1, and will result in a 100% refund, less a processing fee of $100. Cancellation requests received on or after September 1 are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. If you don’t attend and don’t notify us, you will be charged the full conference fee.
Pre-Conference Training
How do I register for Pre-Conference Training or edit my choice of training class?
Pre-Conference training workshops are available at an additional cost from 1:00-5:00pm on Tuesday, September 19th and from 8:00am-5:00pm on Wednesday, September 20th. You can add training workshops to your schedule when you register for Boomi World. If you need to add this option at a later date, you can log in to your account and add it to your already-existing conference pass. You’ll need your confirmation number to log in.
Note: You cannot sign up for Pre-Conference Training unless you are a full conference attendee.

How can I book a hotel room?
The Boomi World 2017 hotel block is open. Attendees who need reservations should click here to book accommodations through the Boomi World registration website. We have negotiated a special rate of $275 per night plus tax.

You may cancel your room up to five days prior to your arrival date.
Miscellaneous
What do I need to bring with me to check in at Boomi World?
Please be prepared to show a photo ID in order to pick up your conference name badge.
I lost my badge. What do I do?
Conference attendees are required to wear their badge at all times. If you lose yours, please return to the registration counter for a new one. Please note that a $150 restocking fee will apply for lost or replacement badges.
Can I bring a guest?
At this time, Boomi does not allow guests at any of the conference-related activities without a badge.
What is the attire for the conference?
We suggest business casual.
What is the weather like in San Francisco in September?
Weather in San Francisco is usually warm, but it’s always a good idea to be prepared with a warm jacket, sweater or similar attire for a cool evening. Meeting rooms will be cool.
