Hosts Destination Services, LLC collects personal information (as detailed below) during the registration process for the ABA Tours which is operated by Hosts Destination Services, LLC.
WHAT IS THE INFORMATION THAT WE ARE COLLECTING?
The personal information that will be collected from you is [First Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone Number, Country, Primary Email, ADA, Credit Card Payment, Billing Address 1, Billing Address 2, Billing City, Billing State, Billing Postal/Zip Code, Billing Country]
HOW IS THIS DATA GOING TO BE USED AND WHO WILL IT BE SHARED WITH?
ABA Labor Law Conference does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with third parties, except with your permission. Except as set out below, ABA Labor Law Conference will not disclose your personal information to third parties by completing and submitting the information requested on the Registration Form to
• Hosts New Orleans and Lenos Software, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of the information by ABA Labor Law Conference and these providers on the ABA Labor Law Conference’s behalf for the sole purposes of:
(a) reserving your space for a tour and
(b) processing credit card/debit card payment through Authorize.Net merchant account
HOW LONG ARE WE GOING TO KEEP YOUR DATA?
This data will be retained by Hosts New Orleans for one (1) year after the date of the tour.
HOW CAN YOU ACCESS, UPDATE YOUR DATA OR OBTAIN A COPY OF YOUR DATA?
You may login to the Registration site at https://on.lenos.com/hostsglobal/ABATours2019/Home that you received upon completion of Registration to review, edit and update your personal information and print it. If you do not have your Confirmation Number/ID, you can recover this information as noted on the Login page. You may also contact us at ABATours@hosts-global.com for this purpose.
WHAT IF YOU WANT US TO STOP PROCESSING YOUR DATA OR WITHDRAW CONSENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY?
You may login to the Registration site at https://on.lenos.com/hostsglobal/ABATours2019/Home using the Confirmation Number/ID that you received upon completion of Registration to Withdraw your Consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not have your Confirmation Number/ID, you can recover this information as noted on the Login page. You may also contact us at ABATours@hosts-global.com for this purpose.
If you request to stop processing your data or Withdraw your Consent to the Privacy Policy, you will receive confirmation of your request and we will contact you to confirm your request by E-Mail or telephone. After this confirmation, your personal information will be deleted in a manner that will not allow it to be recovered and you will not be allowed to attend the ABA Tours as we will not have any of your personal information and you will not be able to attend the tour you are registered for. Confirmation of the deletion of your data will be provided by e-mail at the time of its deletion.
WHAT IF YOU HAVE OTHER CONCERNS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?

PRIVACY SHIELD – TRANSFERS OF DATA FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION AND SWITZERLAND [needed if data is transferred from the EU to US]
Lenos Software is located in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, your information must be transferred to the United States for processing in order for you to attend the ABA Tours.
If you are a European Union citizen or resident, your data is being transferred to the United States under the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Privacy Shield Program. The Privacy Shield Statement of [Registration Provider] describes how it collects, uses, and discloses certain personally identifiable information that we receive in the United States (“U.S.”) from the European Union; the European Economic Area, and Switzerland (“EU Personal Data”).
