CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Badge Substitutions: If you have paid for a conference registration but cannot attend, you may substitute another attendee from your company at no additional charge prior to September 1, 2023.
  
Attendee Badges Cancellations/Refunds: There is no penalty for registration cancellation prior to August 1, 2023. All cancellations between August 1-31, 2023, will incur a $500 non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations on or after September 1, 2023, are non-refundable.

Pre-Registration Badges: If you are an NCR DI client who has pre-registered as part of your annual contract, you will be sent a code via email invitation to enter during the registration process that zeroes out the total. Your company will be billed separately for Innovation Conference attendance. Failure to attend the conference does not result in a cancellation or refund of the registration.
