Who can attend?
Home Dialysis University for Physicians is recommended for practicing nephrologists, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners, and those working closely with patients on a home dialysis therapy. Can my spouse come?
All functions are of a business nature and are not suitable for spouses, or children. Only participant expenses will be covered. Any additional fees incurred for non-participants will be the sole responsibility of the participant. This includes additional room charges, meals and other incidental expenses.
Is there a registration fee?
The registration fee is $250.00.
Will I receive CME credits?

What is covered by the registration fee?
The registration fee for this course includes course content, program materials, lunch, and CME and MOC credit.
What is NOT covered by the registration fee?
The registration fee does not cover travel expenses, hotel sleeping room or incidental charges, or meals that are not provided to the group.
When should I arrive?
The meeting begins at 1:30 PM promptly on the Sunday of the meeting. Please plan to arrive at the hotel no later than 12:30 PM to check-in and locate the meeting room. Partial participation will result in reduced CME credit.
When does the course end?
The course concludes at approximately 11:30 AM on the Tuesday of the meeting. Please plan your departure from the hotel after 12:00 PM. Partial participation will result in reduced CME credit.
What should I wear?
This meeting is business casual. Sometimes the hotel meeting rooms are very cool, so please bring a sweater or jacket.
How do I reserve a hotel room?
Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Ground transportation from the airport is the responsibility of the participant.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please contact Jennifer Heald at 630-408-0736 or jheald@npmeet.com to cancel your meeting registration. Cancellations received in writing 30 business days prior to the start of the meeting will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations after this date will not receive a refund.
