Travel
The Foundation will reimburse reunion attendees for transportation to and from Colorado Springs. Reunion attendees should make their own travel arrangements; we respectfully request that you make your arrangements economically. These travel sites may be helpful in making your flight arrangements: Google Flights, Orbitz, Expedia, Travelocity.
Please note that we do not cover guest travel and expenses. Once in Colorado Springs, families are welcome to join for all meals and activities you are attending and are a part of your hotel reservation.
We encourage attendees to fly directly into Colorado Springs; the airport code for the Colorado airport is (COS). It is a small airport so you may need to take a connecting flight from Denver (DEN). Please book your travel as early as possible and no later than two weeks before the reunion.
It is not necessary to rent a car from the airport in Colorado Springs. The Packard Foundation will reimburse you for taxi/Uber/Lyft expenses and transportation will be provided, if necessary, for any offsite events.
Hotel
Meeting attendees will be guests at the Broadmoor hotel. The Foundation will make hotel assignments and email reservations to attendees on August 25, 2023.
The Packard Foundation will provide accommodations Tuesday, September 5 through Friday, September 8. If you would like to extend your hotel dates, please enter your date requests when you register for the reunion. You will be responsible for any expenses incurred for dates beyond that which is provided by the Foundation.
There are a multitude of amazing activities offered by the Broadmoor that are made available to guests. You can access our recommendations here: Broadmoor Activities
