The Email Template Details page will display, then click the 'Edit Email Template' button in the Action menu on the left. The other actions listed are also self-explanatory: 'Copy Email Template', 'Delete Email Template' and 'User Activity'. 'Manage BCC Segmentation' allows you to add a BCC to emails based on the provided answer to a specific question (E.g., if they answered 'Yes' to 'Do you require Housing' then you could BCC your housing management team).
