Air Transportation
For those attendees more than (2) two hours from the Phoenix area, flight arrangements will be made from your home airport to Phoenix International Airport (PHX). Travel arrangements will be made so that you arrive in Phoenix on Monday, December 9, 2019, by 4:00 PM. Departures can be anytime on Friday, December 13, 2019 unless otherwise specified during registration.
To ensure every attendee has a guaranteed airline reservation to Phoenix, all flight arrangements must be finalized by Friday, November 1, 2019. For this meeting, all air arrangements will be booked through AmTrav Corporate Travel, the dedicated travel partner for ASC. Flights will be chosen based on guidelines set by CooperVision and your registration.
Within three (3) business days of receiving your completed registration, you will receive an email with an air itinerary for your approval. Please reply with "Approved" to accept the flight option or include your questions to discuss alternative itineraries in your email reply within 24 hours of the next business day.
Questions or concerns please email AmTrav Corporate Travel. Once your air itinerary is approved or one business day after your itinerary is emailed to you, you will be issued a non-refundable ticket.
Any changes to your travel plans will result in additional charges at your own expense.
Airport Transfer Information
Group ground transportation will be provided between Phoenix and the JW Marriott on Monday, December 9 and on Friday, December 13. Upon arrival, proceed to the baggage claim area and look for staff holding the CooperVision signs directing you to waiting transportation. Transfers between the airport and hotel take approximately 30 minutes, depending on the time of day and traffic patterns.
If you are extending your trip, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements.
