Embed Zoom Meetings - Tips
Below are tips for a successful embedded Zoom meeting:
The moderator must start the meeting from the Zoom desktop app.
A placeholder image can be set to display in place of the meeting, until the meeting begins.
This placeholder image displays until 3 minutes prior to the meeting start, regardless of if the moderator has started the meeting.
When designing a page containing an embedded Zoom meeting, make the Zoom meeting as large as possible. Remember that speakers often share their screen or presentations, and you want to ensure the attendees can see that content clearly.
With the Zoom object selected, use the Background Image property to specify the placeholder image to be used for your Zoom meeting.
